Partnership
How we engage with partners
Nexus Solutions works with Personal Injury Law Firms, Legal Intake Companies, Claims Management Companies, Performance Marketing Agencies, Call Centers, and Acquisition Partners. Any organization operating in the Motor Vehicle Accident industry looking to expand their claimant pipeline is a potential partner.
Neither. Nexus Solutions is a Claimant Acquisition Partner. Unlike lead vendors who sell data or brokers who connect buyers and sellers, we operate our own acquisition infrastructure (including claimyouraccident.us), run our own verification processes, and build long-term delivery partnerships. We own what we deliver from.
Yes. We offer Exclusive Routing as a delivery option — where claimants from a specific source or campaign are routed exclusively to your organization. Exclusive arrangements are discussed during onboarding and configured based on your volume requirements and partnership terms.
Volume expectations are discussed during the Buyer Consultation. We don't publish fixed minimums — instead, we structure each partnership around what works for both sides. Whether you're starting small and scaling or need large volume from day one, we'll discuss realistic targets during onboarding.
Yes. We understand partners need to validate quality and delivery before scaling. Test campaign arrangements can be discussed during your Buyer Consultation, and we're happy to structure a trial period that gives you full visibility into our operations before committing to ongoing volume.
We maintain regular communication with all active partners through your preferred channel. This includes delivery performance discussions, pipeline adjustments, and proactive updates on anything that affects your operation. We don't disappear after launch — ongoing communication is part of how we define partnership.

Services & MVA
What we offer and how it works
Currently, we operate exclusively in the Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) industry. This is intentional — we believe deep expertise in one vertical delivers better results than shallow coverage across many. Additional verticals (Medical, Property, Workers' Comp) are in development and will be added to our service offering in the future.
MVA Claimant Acquisition refers to the process of identifying, capturing, verifying, and delivering individuals who have been involved in motor vehicle accidents and are seeking legal assistance. We source these individuals through our acquisition asset (claimyouraccident.us), verify their details against your criteria, and deliver them to your organization through your chosen delivery method.
claimyouraccident.us is a dedicated Motor Vehicle Accident acquisition property built and operated entirely by Nexus Solutions. It is designed to connect MVA accident victims with legal help, capturing their details through a structured intake process. Verified claimants from this property are then delivered to our partner network. It's the core of our acquisition infrastructure — not a third-party source.
Yes. During the Requirements Review stage of onboarding, we document your exact claimant criteria — including geographic preferences, accident types, case qualifications, and any other specific requirements. Only claimants matching your agreed criteria are advanced through the verification stage and delivered to your organization.
Medical, Property, and Workers' Compensation verticals are currently in development. We don't have a confirmed launch date to share at this stage. If you're interested in being an early partner for a new vertical, mention it during your consultation and we'll keep you updated as those offerings develop.
Absolutely. Scalability is built into how we structure every partnership from day one. As your requirements evolve — whether that means increasing volume, adjusting criteria, adding delivery methods, or expanding geographic coverage — we adapt the configuration collaboratively with you.
Delivery & Integration
Methods, tech, and configuration
We support five delivery methods: Live Transfer (real-time phone routing to your intake team), Ping/Post (claimant data pinged for acceptance, then posted on confirmation), API Integration (direct automated connection to your platform), CRM Integration (records created directly in your CRM), and Exclusive Routing (dedicated claimant flow for premium partners). During onboarding we identify which method — or combination — best fits your operation.
During onboarding, we work with your technical team to configure API endpoints, authentication, and payload structure. We run load tests and conduct a full delivery test before going live. If you have specific API documentation or requirements, share them during the Requirements Review and we'll configure accordingly.
We support integration with major CRM platforms. The specific setup is discussed during onboarding — we review your CRM's field structure and configure the integration accordingly. If you're using a custom or proprietary system, we'll discuss the best approach during the technical review phase.
Timeline depends on the complexity of your delivery setup. Live Transfer routing can typically be configured quickly once requirements are confirmed. API and CRM integrations take longer depending on your technical environment. We won't go live until configuration is fully tested — we don't rush delivery setup at the expense of reliability.
We monitor active delivery configurations and maintain communication with all partners. If a delivery issue arises — whether a failed transfer, API error, or CRM mapping problem — we address it proactively and communicate directly with your team. How issues are reported and resolved is discussed during onboarding so expectations are clear before we go live.

Verification & Documentation
How we ensure quality
Every claimant acquired through our network goes through a structured verification process before delivery is triggered. This involves checking their details against your agreed criteria — case type, geography, timing, and any other qualifications established during onboarding. Claimants that don't pass verification are not delivered. Only verified claimants advance to the delivery stage.
Documentation standards are agreed during the Requirements Review stage of onboarding. Every claimant is documented before delivery, with records logged in our system. The specific fields and documentation format provided with each delivery are configured to match your intake requirements. Partners can request access to verification records.
Yes. Verification records are available to partners on request. We maintain documentation throughout the acquisition and verification process, and operational transparency is a core part of how we work. If you have specific audit or compliance requirements, discuss them during onboarding so we can configure documentation accordingly.
Our verification process is designed to prevent off-criteria deliveries before they happen. If a claimant reaches you that doesn't meet the agreed criteria, we want to know immediately — it allows us to identify whether there's a gap in the verification configuration and address it. How discrepancies are handled is discussed and agreed during onboarding.

Onboarding
Getting started with Nexus
Book a Buyer Consultation using the button on this page or anywhere across the site. This is a no-obligation discovery call where we discuss your acquisition goals, delivery requirements, and whether there's a genuine fit. From there, we move into a Requirements Review, then acquisition matching, verification setup, and delivery configuration — in that order, no shortcuts.
Useful things to have in mind: your monthly volume targets or range, what delivery method you currently use (or prefer), your claimant criteria (case types, geography), your CRM or intake system, and any specific documentation requirements. You don't need a detailed brief — the consultation is designed to draw this out through conversation. Just come ready to talk about your operation.
Timeline varies depending on the complexity of your delivery setup and how quickly requirements can be confirmed. Simple configurations (e.g. Live Transfer) can move faster than complex API or CRM integrations. We don't go live until configuration is fully tested — speed matters less than getting it right. A realistic timeline is discussed and agreed during the Requirements Review.
